As we welcome the arrival of spring, I want to take a moment to extend my warmest wishes to you and your family for a joyful and restful Spring Break. This time of year brings a sense of renewal and growth, and I hope it offers everyone an opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy special moments together.
Our students have worked incredibly hard this marking period, showing dedication and resilience in their learning and personal growth. I am proud of all they have accomplished and grateful for the unwavering support from our school community — parents, teachers, and staff alike.

As we reach the end of our first marking period, I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the tremendous effort our students, teachers, and families have put forth. This time of year offers an opportunity for us to reflect on accomplishments and set goals for the months ahead.
I hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to announce that our Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 5-8pm and Thursday, Oct. 10 from 2:30-5:30pm. Conferences will once again be virtual this year. These conferences are an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate successes, and address any concerns you may have as we work together to support their educational journey.
We Invite you to a Virtual Community Forum on Diet Culture, Body Image and Disordered Eating
VIRTUAL EVENT: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 16, 2024
The presentation will cover the basics of eating and feeding disorders affecting adolescents and athletes including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, and RED-S. Topics include the common warning signs of disordered eating and exercise, how caregivers and coaches can find support for loved ones, tips on how to intervene, and how to increase protective factors around athletes' body image. Discussion will also include eating, exercise, and nutrition myths and provide books, websites, and support group resources
