This year we will establish positive communications with you regarding the transition to school. You should receive regular communications from the school and district. If you are not, please contact your child's school office to ensure your accurate contact information is available in Parent Connect.
Here is some helpful information to get your school year running smoothly.
First Day of Classes
The first day of classes for K-12 students is Monday, August 29, 2022. Elementary students will have a half day of school in the morning, while middle and high school students will have a full day of instruction. To subscribe to our District calendar, please visit our website.
Class Assignment and Schedules
Student schedules are available in Student Connect and Parent Connect. If you do not have your login information, please contact your child's school.
Bus schedules
If your child is eligible to ride the bus, their route information is available in Parent Connect. For bussing questions, contact our transportation department at 734-419-2150. Also, be sure to download the Here Comes the Bus app to see the location of your child's school bus in real-time. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
School Supplies
School supply lists for elementary students are available on the school webpages or will be shared by classroom teachers. Classroom teachers will share secondary school supplies lists during the first few days of school. It is generally recommended that secondary students have one notebook per class, pens, pencils, highlighters and a backpack to hold their laptops safely.
