Chris, what do you enjoy about working for Wayne-Westland? "In the 16 years that I have been in Wayne-Westland I have always felt like a valued member of a big, loving, amazing community. The staff of W-W are some of the most dedicated, student focused, and driven educational professionals that I have ever had the chance to work with. Every day I know that we are all in it together with the singular goal to make an impact in every student's life and help students succeed. I love the sense of family and community that Wayne-Westland exudes and I am honored to be a part of this great district."

Taylor, what do you enjoy about working for Wayne-Westland? "I went to Wayne-Westland schools K-12 and did some of my student teaching in the district. There is no other community like Wayne-Westland. Our staff truly cares about doing what is best for students. We also care so much about each other. Coming to work here each day is extremely rewarding!"

Sue, what do you enjoy about working for Wayne-Westland? "The joy of watching our students grow and learn and seeing the excitement on their faces when they reach their goals is what makes working as a Paraprofessional at WWCSD so rewarding."

Joining us mid-year, she has truly "hit the ground running," bringing a wealth of experience and seamlessly integrating into our school community. I love being able to help our staff and students troubleshoot their problems on the way to achieving their goals, and being able to do so while working with a great team is not something I take for granted. I went to school here, my niece and nephew go to school here, and I'm lucky enough to be able to work with friends and family in making this district a better place to be at. Being recognized is something I take great pride in, and I'm thankful for everyone who helped get me to where I am today. "
