Boys and Girls Basketball are KLAA Divisional Champs
Boys Basketball are District and Regional Champs
Girls Basketball are District Champs
Our WMHS Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Band received straight 1st division ratings in this weekends MSBOA District Band and Orchestra Festival

Welcome back! I hope that your spring break brought you time to relax and fill your bucket for the final stretch run of this school year.

Big things happening at WMHS throughout the month of April:

This Friday brings an end to the 3rd Quarter. Let's have a dynamic 4th Quarter together!
Seniors! You are entering the final few weeks of your educational time here at WMHS. You need to stay focused and finish strong!
PSAT / SAT / WorkKeys State Testing Days. I cannot stress enough how important these Tests are for WMHS! We need each and every scholar to do their very best on those Test Days! The detailed results that come out of the testing show how WMHS is categorized in the eyes of the State of Michigan and to our local community. Let's show the State and our local community how well we are doing academically here as a Zebra Nation! Also, high SAT scores can lead to admission to the college that our students desire to attend, course placements once our students get accepted, and get our scholars grants and scholarships for college (2 year and 4 year colleges). The benefits of doing well are extensive! Let's be dynamic on those Tests!
NWEA Testing. Spring round for this. Show the improvement that you have made from the last test to this test and we will be giving out 'rewards' in the cafeteria during the 3 lunches.

What an incredible run by both our boys and girls basketball programs. Our boys finished their season on Saturday in the MSU Breslin Center as the Division 1 State Runner Up! Congratulations to the staff and team on an amazing, historic season! Also, our Zebra Band was awesome at the Breslin Center both Friday and Saturday, playing the National Anthem on Saturday to start the State Championship Game. #WaynePride
