Greetings Parents,
We are pleased to announce that our venue, date, and time for graduation has changed. To accommodate our graduates and their families, we have moved our graduation ceremony to Eastern Michigan University's "GameAbove Center" This is the main event space for Eastern Michigan University. The doors for event will open at 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Tickets are not required for the event. Please let us know if there are any questions.

As we begin the second week of Quarter 4, I want to thank everyone for a strong start to the final quarter of the school year. Please take note of the following important updates and reminders:
No School – Friday, April 18, 2025
There will be no school on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of Good Friday. School will resume on Monday, April 21, 2025. We hope you enjoy the long weekend.
Report Cards Available – April 14, 2025
Quarter 3 report cards will be available for viewing on both the Student Portal and Parent Portal beginning today, April 14, 2025. Please take time to review your progress and make a plan for a successful end to the school year.
Parent-Teacher Conferences – May 1, 2025
We invite families to attend Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to connect with teachers and discuss your student’s academic progress and goals for the remainder of the year.

Students and families interested in learning about financial aid basics are encouraged to register for a virtual financial aid presentation provided by the MI Student Aid team.
Participants will be able to gather information on the following financial aid topics:
- FAFSA application information
- Federal financial aid programs
- State financial aid programs
- Scholarship searching resources
There are multiple dates and times to choose from and all sessions are free of charge and open to the public. Register for one session only, as space is limited.
Closed captioning will be provided. If you need special accommodations to attend this meeting, contact mistudentaid@michigan.gov two business days prior to the scheduled Webinar. Requests received after that date cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to provide the accommodation requested.

As we move forward in the school year, I want to remind everyone of the importance of being in school every day. Consistent attendance is key to academic success, and we encourage all students to stay engaged and committed to their learning. We also want to remind all of our students that they must be in their assigned area, on time, every day. In order to leave any class, at any time, all students must have a pass.
