Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services
The Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services oversees the Technology, Family and Community Engagement, College and Career Readiness, Student Services, Virtual Academy and Secondary administrators.
Executive Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction
The Executive Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction supports the middle and high school principals and schools and facilitates the new teacher orientation.
Executive Director of Technology
The Executive Director of Technology oversees the District’s Technology Department and works with the Instruction Department to implement educational technology in our schools.
Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant supports the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services with secretarial services; coordinates the flow of communications to and from the Superintendent’s office, and communicates with the public on behalf of the Superintendent.
Supervisor of Family & Community Engagement
The Supervisor of Family and Community Engagement is the District’s Homeless and Foster Care Liaison, oversees the District’s Family Resource Center and facilitates the District’s Crisis Response Team.
Director of Student Services
The Director of Student Services is responsible for collaborating with building administrators to develop and implement the District’s discipline management plan, student attendance policies, District Crisis Response Team lead and School of Choice.
Supervisor of Virtual Programs
The Supervisor of Virtual Programs oversees the staff, students and curriculum for the virtual academy.
K-12 Activities Coordinator
The K-12 Activities Coordinator works with all of the schools to support the athletics and extracurricular programs at each of the schools.
The College and Career Readiness/Social Emotional Learning and Community Partnership Department supports the development and implementation of training, deployment and accountability of climate, culture, social emotional coaches and site coaches to collaborate with school staff, parents and community agencies to lead the school climate improvement process, promote social and emotional learning comprehensive systems of learning supports.

Executive Director of College and Career Readiness/ Social Emotional Learning and Community Partnerships
Works with central office staff and the schools to implement support services and opportunities for students.
Supervisor of College and Career Readiness
Supports PreK through Post Secondary District Curriculum and Instruction with outside community partners. The CCR supervisor creates and supports opportunities for students for a successful post-secondary career. Other duties include supervisor of student Educational Development Plans (EDPs).
Supervisor of Family & Community Engagement
Serves as the District’s Homeless and Foster Care Liaison, oversees the District’s Family Resource Center and facilitates the District’s Crisis Response Team.
Family Resource Specialist
The Family Resource Specialist provides support to District families and helps distribute school supplies, toiletries, and hygiene products to students in need. In addition, they link families with agencies, organizations, volunteer groups and schools to meet their social, emotional, physical and academic needs.

Secretary
The Secretary for the Director of Student Services coordinates SOC and ICSOC applications and is responsible for updating student vaccination records in the Michigan Care Improvement Registry
The Technology Department is responsible for providing, updating and supporting professional development with technology to enhance the teaching and learning process.

Supports the educational technology oversees the Technology Department and implementation of educational technology.
Technology Secretary
The Technology secretary places all orders for District technology and assists in creating and updating the District email groups.
Network Administrator
Oversees the Network Technicians and is responsible for the infrastructure of the District’s technology.
Network Technician
The Network Technicians operate the Help Desk and assist staff with technology issues.
The Dyer Senior Center offers a variety of activities, trips and events for senior citizens in the Wayne-Westland area.
