Virtual Learning

As education evolves, Wayne-Westland Community Schools is committed to providing a variety of options better to suit the needs of students and families. Therefore, in addition to traditional in-person learning, we offer the following educational pathways with opportunities to participate in athletics and school activities.

Complete Virtual Asynchronous Learning 

This option provides an engaging curriculum and a flexible schedule to help students maximize their learning potential. Sixth through twelfth grade students work at a self-directed pace with online staff available to support as needed.

Enrollment for the virtual program is currently closed for the second semester.  If you are interested in virtual learning for the 2026-2027  school year please complete the interest form.  Staff from the Virtual Program will contact you about completing the Virtual Learning Contract and orientation beginning in May.
