Tinkham Adult Points of Pride

Seventy-one people graduated from Adult/Community Education with their diplomas.

One hundred and six people earned their GED certificates through May, 2009

Four graduates received scholarships in 2009.

Adult Education students again participated in collecting food for the Goodfellows Holiday Food Basket collection.

Students in art classes developed new showcases every month.

Students are learning to use the Internet for research and most are computer literate.

Students used computers and the smart board technology to enhance learning in math and computer classes.

Students integrated basic internet searching techniques for all classes and advanced techniques for computer classes.
