Kindergarten Round Up

Kindergarten Round Up for 2007-2008

All seventeen elementary schools will host a Kindergarten Round-up for parents and children on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Parents will have an opportunity to tour the school meet the principal and kindergarten teachers, discuss the curriculum and review registration materials.

Kindergarten Information and requirement packet

The Kindergarten Magnet Program is designed to meet the needs of children who meet the age requirements for attending kindergarten (five years old before December 1st), but may need additional time because they are developmentally young. The program has been designed for children with normal intelligence that may need more support with social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.
