The IVD won the Ambassador and Performance Awards in the Convergence IVD statewide competition in October.
The IVD Program won the State of Michigan's Exemplary Practice Award.
Welding Technology students, Jacob Bee (1st Place) and Johnathon Mitter (3rd Place) won honors at the James F. Lincoln Electric National Competition.
Over 140 community business partners and staff attended the November Advisory Committee dinner prepared and served by Culinary Arts students, followed by program meetings.
In addition to donated toys, $1,010 was raised by the staff to help support the Family Resource Center for the Holiday Season.
On Thursday, December 14, 17 staff members rang bells for the Salvation Army raising approximately $3,000.
In January, our award-winning IVD was on display at the 2007 North American Auto Show.
Automotive Technology student Kristina Plummer, won 1st Place in the Detroit Area Dealership Association Tech Trek Competition.
