As a school, we held a bottle drive that collected over a $1000 to help build a playground in our neighborhood that will be accessible for children of all abilities.
Our newly formed Parent Teacher Organization hosted several very successful events during this school year, including Trunk or Treat, Family Literacy Game Night, and a Fun Fair.
POHI classes took a field trip to a boundless playground in Ypsilanti.
Our kindergarten students enjoyed hands-on education by attending field trips like the Apple Orchard, Nankin Mill's animal program, and the Real Life Farm.
