Physical Therapy

Wayne-Westland Community Schools provides physical therapy services to special education eligible students. Physical therapy requires a physician's referral and script setting the parameters for intervention needed to enable the student to participate in their educational program. In general, a physical therapist provides interventions to address gross motor needs related to walking and/or sitting.
