Human Resources

 The Office of Human Resources helps manage the salaries and benefits of nearly 2,000 employees of the Wayne-Westland Community Schools. In addition, the Human Resources department is responsible for accepting and review of applications, interviewing, and hiring staff. Negotiations and administration of labor agreements for the various bargaining units are a major function of this department.
